Started as a lawn technician and rose to head of operations at Lush Lawn. Manages staff of 43 technicians across five branches. Expert in recruiting, training, technician add-on sales, product purchasing, equipment maintenance, scheduling and routing.

Served as Financial Controller for Lush Lawn from 11/22 until his promotion to CFO in 11/24. A Certified Management Accountant with an MBA, Zaid has over 10 years of strategic financial management experience.

20+ year sales and customer service professional. Expert in recruiting, sales campaigns, routing, sales/cancel management and customer mediation.
Terry Thomas
Marketing Director
An experienced franchise marketing executive with diverse experience, including big box retail, consumer packaged goods, home improvement, fast food and more. Expert in branding, creative, content management, marketing supply negotiations, social media, SEO and digital lead generation. Terry invented Kohl’s Cash in 2004.

Human Resources Director
A degree with a major of psychology and a minor in business from Saint Mary's College that is used to help the current 80+ Lush Lawn employees as well as recruit new ones.
